Our consulting capabilities span the development cycle from feasibility studies and master planning, to overseeing construction and initial occupancy. No matter what the client’s level of need, we are as adept at handling the entire development process as we are at simply providing advice.

We provide project management services for clients who require assistance with property renovation, analysis or development, and who wish to maintain ownership of their real estate.

We facilitate all building requirements including tenant improvements, A.D.A. compliance work, code work, and new construction through our own in-house general contracting company, 512 Construction. We will assist you with every phase of project delivery, from determining its viability and scope to project implementation and evaluation.
